CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens. However, as a solo esthetician, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.🧘🏽‍♀️ Please notify Tabytha Blue at Celestial Blue Esthetics at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the card on file being charged and the 50% deposit for facial or waxing services being forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable. There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $10 at checkout or your appointment may be marked as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.🕯️ ✩ Before Your Appointment Please arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lashes, brows and/or facial piercings depending on your service. This ensures the best results possible! ✩ Consent & Skin Health Form A skin health questionnaire and consent form will be emailed after booking. Please take the time to fill it out thoroughly—it helps catch any contraindications or concerns before your treatment begins. ✩ Guest Policy To maintain a peaceful, focused, and safe environment, no children or pets are allowed in the treatment space. One quiet guest may accompany you if needed, but please notify me in advance. Additional guests without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✩ Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A consent form must be signed by parent or guardian and a card must be placed on file to book.
